Vevers Management Inc - PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date:Ā 19 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vevers Management Inc., operating as HER Management Edge ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It applies to our website, social media, emails, free resources, discovery calls, assessments, and all paid programs, including The No-Chase Leadership Method and the HER Management Edge coaching program.
The short version: we collect what we need to deliver our programs, communicate with you and market our services. We use trusted service providers to do that. We never sell your personal information, and you can contact us at any time to access, correct or delete it.

Sensitive information. Coaching conversations can touch on personal topics like health, family or workplace conflict. Share only what you're comfortable sharing. We treat anything sensitive with extra care and never use it in marketing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver what you signed up for: free resources, programs, calls, assessments and support
- Process payments and keep business and tax records
- Communicate with you about your purchase, schedule and account
- Send newsletters and offers, with your consent (Section 7)
- Prepare for and follow up on coaching sessions, including with call notes and summaries
- Improve our programs and understand what's working
- Create replays, course content and marketing materials, as described in Section 9 of our Terms of Use
- Protect our content, enforce our Terms, and meet our legal obligations
We only use your information for these purposes, or for a new purpose with your consent or where the law allows.
4. Call Recordings, AI Note-Takers and AI Tools
4.1 Recordings. Program calls may be recorded, as described in our Terms of Use. Discovery calls may be recorded for internal quality and coaching purposes only and are never used in marketing without your written consent.
4.2 AI note-takers. We use AI features in Zoom and similar tools to transcribe calls and create summaries, so we can focus on you during the call and follow up accurately.
4.3 AI assistants. We may use AI assistants, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), to review call transcripts and notes so we can prepare for sessions, spot patterns and create personalized follow-up. These providers process the information on our behalf. Depending on the provider's settings, information we enter may be used to improve or train their AI models.
4.4 Your choice. If you'd prefer your calls not be transcribed or reviewed with AI tools, email us before your session and we will take notes manually instead.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out. We will still send messages about your purchases and account after you unsubscribe.
8. Storage Outside Canada
Many of our service providers store and process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States. While there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under local law. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to Canadian law.
